At one time in my life, I was scared stiff of public speaking. I would start sweating profusely, my mouth would dry up, and my muscles would completely freeze. But as a financial entrepreneur, a big part of getting new business was speaking in public to groups of potential new clients.
So I started practicing speaking in public and practicing my craft. I read books, watched tapes, and spent countless hours rehearsing speeches in front of the mirror. Soon, I became very adept at communicating my message to listeners.
Fast forward to today, when I have become a highly sought after speaker to audiences around the country on multiple topics, including wealth management, education funding, and building wealth.
